We supply furnace chamber according to clients' drawing, including high temperature furnace chamber and electric resistance furnace chamber, working temperature can be supplied from 1000C-1800C. We have experts to give out the best and effective chamber installation way, and we have technology team to make drawings according to your need.

Regular size is 900x600x25mm, 900x600x50mm. Thickness can be made from 100mm to 150mm. Meanwhile, it can be supplied according to clients' requirements.

According to Classification Temperature, our boards are divided to 1400C, 1600C, 1700C, 1800C fiber board. Its operating temperature is 1250C, 1450C, 1550C and 1650C seperately.

For the corrugated sheet, we mainly supply galvanized corrugated sheet, galvalume(aluzinc coated) corrugated sheet, prepainted corrugated steel sheet.Generally, the thickness is 0.13mm-0.60mm.

For the color of the top side of the prepainted steel coils(color coated steel coils), it will be as per the RAL CODE or sample from clients.Like RAL 9016, RAL 3005, RAL 3011, RAL 6005, RAL 3018, RAL 5017, RAL 5012, etc.

For the prepainted steel coils(color coated steel coils), the top color will be as per the clients' request based on the RAL code or sample.The back color is RAL 9002(white grey) generally.

For the galvanized steel coils in 0.18mm*750mm, there are about 940meters per ton.

For the galvanized coils in 0.18mm TCT *762mm,There is about 928 meters per metric ton. From 3 tons to 5tons for each coil.

Some clients ask the full hard for the galvanized corrugated sheet, galvanized coils, galvalume sheet.The full hard means the HRB=80, the tensile strength will be 550Mpa or more.

For the prime hot dip galvanized steel coils, Generally, the weight for each coil we supply is from 3 metric tons to 8 metric tons.From 4 tons to 6tons is more common.
